Amy McMillion, PT, DPT
Pelvic Health Certified Practitioner
Owner & Physical Therapist, Graham Physical Therapy
About Amy
I grew up in central North Carolina and have made Graham my home for many years. What began as a practical move quickly became a place we chose intentionally — a small town with a strong sense of community and room to grow.
I’m the owner and sole physical therapist at Graham Physical Therapy, where I provide private, one-on-one care shaped around each person’s body, goals, and pace. I opened this practice because I believe physical therapy works best when it is focused, unrushed, and responsive — not standardized.
My approach emphasizes listening, clear communication, and respect for body autonomy. Treatment plans evolve with you, guided by how your body responds rather than rigid protocols. My work is especially informed by continuing education in pelvic health, fascial mobilization, and movement-based core and pelvic rehabilitation, which have significantly shaped how I assess and treat the body as an integrated system.
Outside of work, I’m a parent and share my home with two dogs who ensure there’s plenty of daily movement. I enjoy being part of the Graham community and caring for the people who live and work here.
